Ordered the flowers long distance. Easy to order online and the person I spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. The flowers were delivered on time for a special event. I was told the flower were "lovely" by the recipient although I did not see them personally. It would have been nice to have a photo of them sent via email. Other florists do this which is a touch.

The reason for the 4 stars is - I did find the flowers that were on the website were bright and cheery.. but I found the flowers, when they came, not so bright but more greenery/greens then flowers.. there was only two sunflowers in the bunch and then the rest was green/greenery… what I’m trying to say, is I don’t feel the price I paid was reflected in the flowers. The bag they came in also was leaking and very wet and soggy…

Although i understand there may be slight variations of flowers due to stock. The flowers that arrived were absolutely nothing like the ones i ordered. Also i ordered the deluxe bouquet, there was nothing delexe about it and dont think the price reflected what i paid for. Would of rather a deluxe supermarket bouquet for 1/2 the price. Delivery was faultless and receipent was happy with them otherwise rating would of been lower.Same as above see review above
